The Human Touch
There have been a lot of talk about Social media emerging as the next big force. Yahoo is betting big on this trend. Yahoo’s recent acquisition of del.icio.us and Flickr in the past have reinforced this belief further. Now it is tying RSS into its social media services to increase relevance in feeds.
But don’t you feel it is all about human touch and personalized information. Successful companies like Amazon.com realized this much before when they invited the user (buyers) to post review on their website. ¶ 4:30 AM
